Since it came up in the comments about my recap of issue six, I just wanted to post the first image of the Outcast killing the green dragon.
When I first saw this I assumed that the Outcast was giant-sized. Looking at it now I realize that it is just a weird case of forced perspective. This is exacerbated by the fact that he is flying so there is nothing to gauge his size against.
